What is the best piece of advice you ever received from another author?Ĭarrie Ryan was the first author I’ve ever met and she asked me to pitch my book to her, then proceeded to tell me I’d better get used to random pitches because everyone will want to hear it. While they weren’t wrong about it being hard, it wasn’t impossible.
